My name is Patrick, and I recently became a part of the Wildbit Customer Success team, specializing in Postmark. I have been in the Pacific Northwest area for the past fourteen years but am originally from Tomball, Texas. I studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle but have been in the technology industry for several years now.
I first gained an interest in technology and programming while taking an introductory programming course from Marty Stepp. I previously worked as a dedicated technical contact at DocuSign for enterprise accounts and before that I worked remotely in support for Uber. I love helping developers and decision makers resolve technical hurdles to maximize their integrations.
I live with my partner Sara and our two cats in Vancouver, Washington (you read that right, not the Canadian Vancouver). When I am not providing technical guidance, or creating content, I love to spend some time at the gym exercising or golfing with Sara and my family. Occasionally, Sara and I will escape the suburbs and head across the river to Portland for some great food, music, coffee, and beer. We also recently went to our first Portland Timbers game and are now part of the Timbers Army (don’t tell them we used to live in Seattle).
I was fortunate enough to find Wildbit through searching specifically for companies that place value on the importance of family and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. A lot of companies advertise a commitment to culture and flexibility, but do not always follow through. After learning more about Wildbit through our blog and speaking with Natalie, Chris, and Dana, I realized they weren’t merely trying to attract talent, they were making it clear these core values guide Wildbit.
I am super excited to be part of such a great family here at Wildbit and looking forward to getting to know both my team and our customers!
