Welcome Chris Bowler to the Customer Success Team

Chris Bowler is a proud Canadian living in the middle of northern BC, about a 9 hour drive north of Vancouver. He’s married to an amazing woman and they have 6 children (5 of whom live with them), ages 4 through to 19. He loves dark coffee and dark beer (ok, most kinds of beer), typography, gardening and working with wood.

Chris, aka Nachochristo, quickly introduced us to his love of Nacho Libre. And consistently fills our chats with the perfect Nacho GIF to fit every occasion. Here are a couple of our favorites so far.

When asked about joining Wildbit, Chris told us, “I’ve enjoyed working with Saas teams large and small. But Wildbit caught my attention! I knew Chris & Natalie from when they were my customers (Fusion Ads) and always respected their approach. But when I saw Wildbit was hiring and saw the values on the jobs page, the heart palpitations began… And to find a team where the focus is on quality and creating a family type of environment… that is not something I take lightly!”

Chris will be connecting with Beanstalk customers on a daily basis to remove barriers, discover what we are missing, and empower them to make the most of the product. This includes answering support questions through email or live chat, sending emails to new customers to help them get started, finding weaknesses in our on-boarding process and helping the rest of the team to make it a better experience. He joins Dana and Matt to round out the Customer Success Team.
