Some requirement for the team:

• Designers (Designers = Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) should NOT mess with Rails.
• Not that much, copy and HTML/CSS updates should be ok.
• Rails guys should NOT mess with JavaScript.
• Because they will eventually create more problems.
