We’re looking for a full-time designer to join the Wildbit team. You should be able to do a full cycle, from gathering requirements to prototyping UI to designing and then implementing it with HTML, CSS and JS. This position requires great UI and graphic design skills, impeccable attention to detail, and an understanding of interaction design and usability best practices. It’s a big role to fill.
You will be working on three fast growing, profitable web services: Beanstalk, Postmark, and DeployBot.
Requirements:
- Portfolio with examples of interface design
- Experience designing web products
- HTML, CSS, Sass and Compass
- JavaScript and jQuery is a plus

What’s it like working with Wildbit?
We’re like a family, most of us working out of our office in Old City, Philadelphia, and a few people in Russia and Serbia. We value quiet time, beautiful design, and clean code. We take our work very seriously and expect each person to be self motivated (no babysitting here). Of course, we also have a lot of fun. At least once per year we have a company retreat in a large villa for a week. Past retreats include Spain, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. We have family lunches each day in the office, prepared by the Wildbit chef. We also do our fair share of happy hours with the team.
