Hi,

Have you experimented with offering a plan with less storage to see what the conversion ratios would be? For example, instead of offering 100MB, you offer 20MB. That would suffice for a trial-type membership. Once the free space approaches something close to 0MB, then you could offer to upgrade or convert to a Startup/Open-Source project (a la FogBugz) with extra storage but limited users (or something along those lines)?

I am asking this question because I've used your service to try it out, for a startup project, as well as for an Open-Source project. I ended up paying for the storage of the startup project, but I've used the free option for "trying it out" and for Open-Source. I upgraded to a paid plan because I wanted the paid features as well as more storage for my startup project (which didn't go anywhere).

So I am wondering how the conversion rate would be effected by "forcing" users to upgrade once they run out of space. What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you
