		<description>tanel, it depends. Usually, we use this workflow: Customer adds the bugs to a list which is reviewed by QA person. 

If the bug is reproducible, it is assigned to developer, and back to qa person after it&#039;s fixed. If not, we contact customer to see how to reproduce the bug.</description>
